I am new to thai food but have tried several places now and I keep coming back to this one. The family that runs the restaurant are always nice and even when they are packed (they are always busy it seems) they maintain consistent food and great flavors with good customer service. We have been eating here for over a year and its always delicious. Their spice ratings are standard and consistent, if you want it hot you get it, but if you don't there is no problem, my kids devour the pad thai.

Such authentic Thai food. We were pleasantly surprised and glad to find this hidden gem.
We were seated immediately on a December Saturday afternoon for lunch. The Tom Kha soup, Pad Kee Mao and Curry Fried Rice were just perfect at spice level 4. They also have aquariums with turtles and fishes inside. The service was so friendly and warm. It is family owned and they really care about serving fresh flavorful Thai food.

Genuinely some of the best thai I've had in Washington. Spent $200 on a meal at a restaurant in Seattle expecting my mind to be blown...
$40 lunch at Ploy was better than that meal. Tons of Gluten Free options for my fellow gluten challenged people.

Really good food with good flavors. We went at an odd time and the staff still accommodated a big party. Definitely a good spot for Thai food.

We recently moved from Arizona. Ploy Thai has become one of our go-to restaurants in Cle Elum. The quality of the ingredients is very apparent, and chef Tony does an excellent job putting it all together. Spice level 3 is a perfect medium hot.

Wouldn’t even accept a 6:15 pm reservation for 3 because they close at 7:00 pm. On a long road trip and couldn’t grab dinner here so can’t speak on food.

stay away from here. The food sucks. No flavor, dry meat, missing items and horrible service.
I’ve spent years in Thailand, eating real Thai food…..I think I’d rather eat rotten food than ever consider anything from this place ever again.
The food was so bad, we threw it away.

Good food. The chicken satay was super tough. I didn't eat all of them. The were rather dry. The pad see lew tofu was really yummy and the portion was really nice! Plenty of veggies and tofu. The flavor was on point and not salty. Service was fast and friendly. The place was clean and the prices were fair for where it is and what I was getting. The restaurant was clean and contemporary. It's a place I'd go back to but not for the chicken satay.

Great food and service. And it wasn't too loud to have conversation. 4th time we've been there over the years. Easy parking. A little small but we've never had to wait.

We love Ploy Thai and always enjoy their food and service. Tony used to cook at Thai Ginger in Factoria and it’s just as good if not better than when I would enjoy it there! Stop in!! We love it!

I highly recommended this place!
We ordered pad thai & panyang curry. (There is a $3 extra charge for beef or shrimp protein options)
Pad thai, the color looked mild so I didnt expect that much. But the taste is crazy. Its one of the best pad thai ever. Maybe some people think it is a bit sweet, but I felt that it is the perfect taste.
For panyang curry, it is okay. Nothing crazy, but just fine. It has some spices or herbs, but that was a bit too strong, so the flavor didnt go well together, but still fine.
The staff was very kind and nice. They also sold some cute bag and key rings. Also, there were many people visiting there by themselves and enjoying. Nice place overall, I love to visit there again!
