this place usually is very decent , today me and my little girls drove up to get some food from our home we dont live in cleelum so its fun to go to mcanes we call it still that was original name today they messed up our order and we had to go bak and tell them they forgot our fries and didnt make my food right also after telling them 2 times how i wanted it made then we got the food and headed down the freeway then i noticed they added mayonaise to it and the food was ruined because i cant have the mayonaise so i sharred my kids food and i though i would complain to the owner and asked for a full refund of the small amount of 39 dollars and she told me she refused to give me my full amount of cash instead offered me 3 of there 5 dollar meals telling me she was giving me a deal of gaining 3 more dollars more than i paid for my sandwich , this was strange after telling her they got it wrong again after asking me 2 times if i wanted anything added to my sandwich and i said no just how i ordered it please then open it to bite into a mouthful of mayonaise this is rude service in my opinion and mrs mcane would be so shocked to hear of this type customer service ,, well guess u cant win em all but made a point to also tell her its a small amount i paid but thats the way its handled in restaurant fast food service im not sure i will ever return with this owner and have grown up with mrs mcane shees over 39 dollars come on folks way to upset and loose a customer god bless !

Every time we come to Cle Elum, we stop at the Red Arrow Drive in. The staff is always very nice and professional. The food is very good every time. If you are looking for a good burger. This is the best one around. Great fries, great fry sauce. Great atmosphere. We highly recommend trying this great place.

Place is a total score, burgers and shakes were killer good and cheaper than McDonald's too. $4 arrow burgers a crazy good deal in a time where the same burger easily goes for $16. My 2 boys loved it to - best corndog he has ever had
