Stopped by on my way home. While was waiting to be served noticed, that the worker with the badge Kiya did not wash hands between changing the bag in a trash bin and making a drink in my personal cup. I politely asked to wash hands. They did. But then I had to wait eternally for my drinks. It looked like they was retaliating. And when they finished, I got my cup covered with the foam outside, dirty, that I could not take it. I am very disappointed. That’s unprofessional. And the drink was poorly made too

Ordered Egg bites and a wrap, along with 3 waters and an Iced Coffee. They served the food in about 4 min, then the drinks in 20 min. Yep 20 min! Maybe hold the food until we had something to wash it down with. I was there three days in a row, poor service and condescending servers.

After driving away I was about to take a sip of my Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha drink when I noticed the the cold foam had settled and I was shocked to find out half cup was foam! Did not notice it when I received. The drink tastes was not very good since I’ve had it many times before. Tasted like a mediocre regular matcha drink. Such a waste of money! Never buy anything here again! Seems like I am not the only person who has had this issue at this location.

The staff crew is great group of people. They are always nice to me when come through drive-thru and they always get my order out pretty quick. I highly recommend this Starbucks...

I’m shocked by half cup of the foam before I drink it! Flies fly all over the counter. The drink tastes ok but such waste of money! Never buy it again

I don't actually patronize Starbucks because their food and drinks don't warrant the prices. Maps must have picked up my being nearby one.

I’m really disappointed about my experience today. I’ll say the team was polite but the customer service was poor. I ordered a SF latte and açaí refresher. I accidentally ordered my drink hot and then realized and asked if we could make it iced. She said it was more money which didn’t make sense to me. I was told I couldn’t pay the difference. I received my drink, I couldn’t taste the flavor and it was just not good. After waiting several minutes I asked about the refresher and they realized they made the wrong drink- my daughter tried it and said it was fine. In the end I ended up paying for a 2nd latte iced. Paying for ice that is given to people in their free water. I was a little surprised that she even let me pay for the same drink with ice. When I was handed my drink I was told to have a better day. I was a little bit taken back by this comment. I know it wasn’t meant to be rude. But it was odd. So really- just feeling bummed about the visit today.

Even when it's busy the two closing staff, Alex and Alexis, are always polite and cheerful. They are a genuine credit to your team and I'm always happy to see them when I come into the store.
