This was a cute cafe with a group of sweet front of the house staff. It was obvious that it was a team who supported one another even through their busiest times. I recently managed a cafe for 6 years so I know a good team when I see one. I, however, have a few comments to make. I don’t think the name calling system works very well. When they’re in a rush they’re calling out multiple names at a time and it can sound like one name. Some members aren’t saying the names loud...
Being greeted by name is only 1 of the many reasons to come here time and time again. The food is fresh, the staff works together to provide an excellent experience for everyone who comes here. Since mostly women work here the bathroom is always clean. The environment here invites the idea of returning for good food and simply feeling comfortable. Yes, I’ll be here again.
