The staff were courteous but the bread was hard and felt stale

Vegetarian options: They do not have veggie patty. Subway without patty is the only option.

Me and my wife were routinely stopping there on our way to Columbia, and actually liked this place a lot. Until it changed owners.
Last time we stopped there, we grabbed two 6-inch sandwiches and were billed $25.
The lady there tried to tell us something about prices, combos, .... but since she could barely speak English, we could not decipher what she wanted to say. Only afterwards, we realized that she tried to tell us that if we purchase a "breakfast combo", we may get a discount on subs.

How do you work at a Subway and not know what a Spicy Italian is? Train your staff! Use GOOGLE. Make an attempt at customer service! This was simply a pathetic experience. Food is way too expensive these days to forget to train your employees on products that have been on your menu for literally decades. She thought "italian" was just bread. She couldnt get her head around pepperoni and salami? We ended up with ham. DO BETTER!!

Not only were the workers rude to my partner and rushed her the whole time but gave us dirty looks and scoffed at my partner when she was ordering her food not only that he was $37 for two sandwiches and two cups that weren't even large I made a comment asking if the price was right and the "manager" who looks to be a kid scoffed and threw my change at me would not suggest going here until upper management can do something about the employees

The women working here were so rude. They didn’t say hello when we walked in they just stared at us funny. My 6 year old son was taking awhile deciding what sauce he wanted and she was rolling her eyes about it. She was visibly irritated and her tone extremely passive aggressive and rude. My son asked her what kind of sauces they had and she ignored what he said. I was in the middle of asking my son if he wanted chips and she interrupted me to give me the total for the sandwich as if trying to rush us out, so I repeated the question to my son and that caused another eye roll. As a member of a senior leadership team I’d fire this woman immediately. She shouldn’t be in a customer facing role anywhere if she’s going to treat them like an inconvenience because they cause her to do her job instead of sitting in the corner talking.

Showed up with my kids and the staff were patient, kind and accommodating. The food was great Subway quality, and the decor was standard and clean. I've been to a few Subways recently (my kids currently like it) and we've seen a wide range of food/service/atmosphere qualities and this was a pleasant surprise.
