For a limited menu I don't expect them to run out of an item. They ran out of the steak I was hoping to get. I'd expect them to help suggest a replacement but was left to decide on my own.

Wonderful food and service in a great space. Big fan of the house wine, too. The table next to us was literally (happy) shouting so the noise level was pretty extreme but the wait staff could not have been nicer. We look forward to a return visit.

We really enjoy Swiftwater and the large lounge and fire place. We really find the food options a bit difficult. But it is great for a tasting and relaxing by the fire. We got the appetizer Brussel sprouts with Fig and they were just o squishy for our liking. We like to think of Brussel sprouts as more crispy. Would love to see them offer a few more healthy choices. But you really can't beat the ambiance, the look and the feeling of stepping in there is just wonderful.
