They took a half hour to make the food for the two cars in front of us, and we had to abandon our order. We missed our flight because we were stuck in line and couldn't leave to catch our flight.
They couldn't even pour us a cup of water without taking forever.

I watched the team work while my order was being filled. There’s care in each item cooked. I came back through days later, and again, great staff and quick tasty breakfast. Not sure why others had poor experience, but I didn’t see that. It’s our new stop over.

This Wendy's in cle elum is right off the highway easily accessible but on a Friday evening you stand in line or drive through for at the least one hr very slow only a three man crew I'm sure they were trying but it's really busy

We stopped at The Sunset Cafe was there 18 minutes wasn't served, drove in here and bam was served in minutes and was back on the road towards Texas.

I've always liked Wendy's and they still Rock...

The service here was horrendous! We waited in line for 20 minutes only to be informed that they were not taking orders because they were too busy with the drive through! We watched over ten cars go through the drive through before we even moved in line! Everyone there was furious; learn how to manage a fast food restaurant!

What a bizarre experience. ZERO people working in this building talk to customers. You MUST walk in and use a kiosk, and with only one kiosk working, you’re gonna wait. Once your order is place (on the kiosk), they shout your name and throw a bag out on the counter. Weird as hell.

Bad service and under staffed. I don't know why the lobby was close and you had people in there very confusing 😕. Very long wait time with being type 2 diabetic I need a chicken sandwich to keep me goin cuz getin dizzy . I'm limited what I can eat do to fact no gallbladder unfortunately . So I wouldn't recommend coming here if u want a very long wait time .

Pretty angry that my wife and I did a mobile pickup order for 3 burgers, chicken nuggets and fries, waited outside and inside for the meal only to learn that they were out of beef.

No notice or information other than when you walk inside and the person telling you that the cooktop is down.

Had to change the full order to something else after waiting 20 minutes for our meal prior to them telling everyone they can't do beef. They shouldn't allow it in the app then.
