we are not from around here saw some vehicles including trucks parked in an angle from day before we were stopping by to see what kind of food they had because we were told they had excellent service and food and we wanted to try something new...I don't know if it was the owner but he came outside to our truck saying we can't park there, my husband mentioned nicley other vehicles and trucks were parked there and instead of using a courtesy tone he raised his voice with an attitude and told us we were over the white line, we didn't see that right away he could have said it in a nicer tone we did not get any food or give our service because his customer service was very poor

For a local dive bar this place has pretty good food. I love the pizza personally. Service is pretty good, sometimes excellent but depends on the server. My wife and I enjoy this place. I've tried many items on the menu and so far the only thing that wasn't very good is the nachos.

Every trip to Evelyn's Tavern is a treat. It's a pleasant drive from almost anywhere. The food is outstanding, the service even better. Check out the original, very uneven wooden floor, play a game of pool, yuck it up with the other patrons. It doesn't get any better than that.

Was excited to try the food here, hearing such good reviews. Sadly we were underwhelmed and went somewhere else after ordering potato wedges. They looked and tasted terrible. At least they were kind enough to take it from our bill.
