How could they improve? Hmm. By not aligning themselves with hateful right wing bigots and cancelling shows on bands that have spent hundreds in gas, merch, and promoting, along with getting time off of work or putting other obligations aside. completely unprofessional and goes to show that the owner doesn't have much of a backbone.
