Quick service and AWESOME BAGELS! I haven’t had a bagel I don’t like- definitely try the cream cheeses as well! Staff is super kind, the space is small and almost always bustling with people so be prepared!

I am very frustrated with this shop. I have been coming for years and love the bagels with cream cheese. They have changed their policy to always toast their bagels without asking customers and not giving the option up front how someone would like their bagel. Even if I have asked for no toasting, they have toasted my bagels before adding cream cheese which I have asked for them not to do. I understand it is common to have a bagel toasted and many people like that, but I have loved the bagels plain with cream cheese since I started going there. This change in assuming everyone wants something a certain way bothers me because when I have asked for my food to be the way I ordered it nobody would rectify the situation. It is also upsetting because the flavor of bagel I asked for there was only one left so no more for the day and the bagel was ruined. They didn't even have an option of a bagel to fix the situation or ask to replace it since they messed up the order. The entire problem can always be fixed if they would just ask for how the bagel should be served like they used to! I've never had a problem until recently and for the employee to talk to me like I had an expectation that was too high because how dare I ask for a new bagel when they messed up the order was ridiculous! I just wish that for a company that has such a high quality product, that they would improve their customer service and just make sure they are not making blanket assumptions for how everyone takes their food. It's just not hard to ask for how you'd like it and then not toast it, it's actually easier because it cuts out a step to NOT toast if a customer has asked for it not toasted. I started asking because I couldn't believe that they started toasting bagels without asking no matter what. NOT. ALL. PEOPLE. LIKE THEIR. BAGELS. THE. SAME!! Be clearer than clear so they don't continue to make this mistake if you'd like your bagel served how you order it.

My family brought me home some bagels from here I requested a plain one to put to the test. I'm from New Jersey and have not had a decent bagel since I left. Let me tell you the plain bagel from this place gave me a taste of home the texture is very close and the flavor is right on point. If you haven't tried these bagels yet what are you waiting for. Hands down the best bagels around. I'd highly recommend trying them out if you have never been to NY or NJ. Next I'll compare them to Kelli canoli in Snohomish that says they import them from the east coast. I'll still call Whidbey bagel company the best around since they make the bagels in house and not shipping them across the country. Keep it up I'd love to stop by and eat inside one day.

This was our last stop on our way to the ferry after a weekend stay on Whidbey Island. There are some good bakeries and bagels where we are from in Seattle, but this place was hands down one of the best we’ve had, I’d probably say ever. Highly recommend the lox sandwich and clam chowder if you are craving for some fresh PNW seafood! 10/10 and a must try if you are ever on the island visiting!

Picked up an everything bagel at the local market. Nothing special. Safeway bagels are way better for half the price.

In town for the day and this was our first stop. Staff was super friendly and answered all our questions. We got a variety of bagels including Bacon and Cheddar, and the Pesto Bagel. Both were so good ! The group favorite was the Pesto Turkey Club.

Such a fun vibe, and great tasting bagel sandwiches! The staff were SO friendly and the owner came over to chat and when he realized we were visiting for the weekend he gave us a map and pointed out all of his favorite things to see and places to eat. We'll definitely be back!

What a great place! The food was amazing, and the customer service was fabulous! They even showed our kid how bagels are made! Our little baker is even more committed to the art after that stop!

Terrific bagels! The sandwiches are a bit protein-scarce, but we'd go back for the bagels for sure.

The BAGELS! Holy smokes. I like them even better than the ones in New York. The texture is simply phenomenal. I had their bagels at a coffee shop in Everett and I’m just blown away. I have been searching for good bagels since moving here and I am over the moon that some places near me sell them. Best bagels I’ve ever had by a mile.

Excellent, fresh bagels! We loved watching the bagel machine. We came back to buy a 1/2 dozen after eating our breakfast sandwiches. Also some of the best salmon cream cheese I’ve tasted. Highly recommended!
