I had the bagel with salmon and it was one of the most impressive bagels I've had! The inside was so soft while crispy on the outside. The staff was also extremely friendly, giving me and my friend a freebie. Seriously recommend if you are ever on whidbey.
This is the best bagel shop I know. Fresh daily, but you want to come early if your mind is set on a certain kind. Breakfast is delicious. There is coffee, free water, bagel's of course which can be toasted and some cream cheese flavors. The sandwiches are amazing. Yummmm!
I never finish a bagel… ever.
But this one? It was so soft it practically dissolved before I had a chance to chew. I looked down for one second and somehow my plate was empty.
