We’ve been going there for years, great flavors and we love supporting them. But for some reason for the last year, a few of my bagels when I eat them or cut into them the center of them I am finding raw dough. It’s happened multiple times.
Whidbey Island Bagel Factory makes the best bagels and sandwiches. Their bagels have a nice crunch on the outside with a perfect chew on the inside. Friendly staff, prompt service.
We went at about 2 in the afternoon so they were mostly sold out but we got a half dozen of plain and parmesan bagels. The Parm bagels were fresh out of the oven and slightly squishy (um, underbaked maybe?). But the plain bagels were delicious, probably the BEST bagels I've ever had. We will hopefully be returning next time we visit Whidbey!
