I ordered a to- go. The fried, rice was really dry. The chicken teriyaki was very salty. The sweet and sour chicken - texture was off and the sauce tasted like it came from a bottle off the grocery store. The person who took my order over the phone was really friendly and polite when greeting me. I just wished the food tasted better. I was really craving Chinese food. 😟

I've got food to go here several times I've had big parties over 20 people in small parties for about six and each time I get the check out is absolutely fantastic thank you Eddie for having such a wonderful place to eat
Grew up going to Eddy's. Stopped in after 25+ years. Glad to report it's the exact blast of nostalgia I hoped it would be. Everything tasted exactly like I remembered, and it made me very happy.

1st off, I'm very picky about Chinese food and am very wary of places that advertise that they do Chinese & (fill in the blank). The places I loved in Seattle are long gone (China Village, Panda's, Yak's, etc) but they shaped my preferences and tastes. That said, living on this side (near Spokane), it's hard to find noodles that I appease me. Also, our situation was kind of unique and the staff/owner/family were accommodating to us. We went at off-hours so the place was empty. Parking in the back is kind of a pain but doable. (this was my 1st time in Colfax)
We ordered an odd variety; we also phoned in the order on the drive and kinda went in blind. Pictures are of the chicken lo mein (soft noodle. I believe regular chow mein, here, uses those crunchy noodle thingys) and their home made eggrolls. They say over the phone they are 'big'. The hand is for scale. Not pictured were fish n chips, veggie fried rice, and their homemade potstickers.
The food was good. The noodles are how I prefer them. The pot stickers were excellent. The fish n chips, weren't for the adults but the fries were terrific (we've run into a lot of soggy fries lately) and the fish was typical (most likely frozen, fried well). The fried rice was so-so (not dark enough for me) and the egg rolls were decent. It's nice they are hand-made.
Prices are iffy. They aren't bad, fairly consistent w/ most places. Portions are decent tho I'm pretty sure I've paid more for less. The menu looks good and I'm curious about what their other dishes are like.

Just eat ice chips instead of this. Or starve.
The butter & crackers is all that’s good from here.

Workers were nice enough but the food was no exaggeration the WORST food I've ever eaten.. I'm serious just go get fast food or even something from the gas station because this food is non edible I ate a few bites and couldn't eat anymore. The meat has a texture that I haven't experienced before, and the flavors were just awful. Please avoid at all cost. The water crackers and butter were the only good thing this place has to offer

The texture of the chicken was foul. And what is crunchy chow mien ? And then we got the low mien sense we wanted soft noodles and it was disgusting, thr chicken was the worst texture. The butter and crackers was the best thing that was given
Eddy’s is a restaurant which is primarily Chinese with one page of American food. I believe it is the only Chinese restaurant in Colfax, but unfortunately it’s not as good as I had hoped. I was disappointed that the chop suey had very little in the way of fresh vegetables in it, and was predominantly, canned mushrooms and water chestnuts. The onions were fresh, and I believe the celery may have also been fresh, but I was hoping for more vegetables than this, like bamboo shoots, bean, sprouts, pea pods, etc. The menu on the page of American entrées looked pretty good, but I haven’t tried anything from it yet. The atmosphere inside feels sort of like a kitschy Chinese from the 1970s, which was sort of interesting. I think that it may be hard to get fresh vegetables here and that’s why they don’t have the variety in their food, and also have to resort to things that are canned, but it’s unfortunate.

Wonderful place, very good food, and exceptional service. The server was very welcoming and friendly. First time here, I'll definitely be back.
Eddy's has some of the best American Chinese food! Both the owner and his cousin are such nice people! Very personable! We love them. We drive 2 1/2 hours to get Eddy's!
Eddy was so helpful to my family! My younger brother got on the wrong bus in Spokane and ended up in Colfax instead of up north. Eddie took great care of him while my mom drove down to pick him up! Thanks Eddy!
From my brother on how was the food: “Really good”
I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are in need of some great food!
Always consistently good Chinese food served up in generous portions.
I was in a rush to get to Clarkston. Wanted something to eat. Saw the Eddy's sign, and stop by. Explained I was in a hurry and wanted it to go. In 8 min I was out the door with some delicious Sweet and Sour pork with Chow main and egg roll. 5 star all the way and I've been around. Good Job
