Eddy’s is a restaurant which is primarily Chinese with one page of American food. I believe it is the only Chinese restaurant in Colfax, but unfortunately it’s not as good as I had hoped. I was disappointed that the chop suey had very little in the way of fresh vegetables in it, and was predominantly, canned mushrooms and water chestnuts. The onions were fresh, and I believe the celery may have also been fresh, but I was hoping for more vegetables than this, like bamboo shoots, bean, sprouts, pea pods, etc. The menu on the page of American entrées looked pretty good, but I haven’t tried anything from it yet. The atmosphere inside feels sort of like a kitschy Chinese from the 1970s, which was sort of interesting. I think that it may be hard to get fresh vegetables here and that’s why they don’t have the variety in their food, and also have to resort to things that are canned, but it’s unfortunate.
Great place to eat. Friendly staff and great tasting food.
Great food. Great service
Wonderful place, very good food, and exceptional service. The server was very welcoming and friendly. First time here, I'll definitely be back.
Eddy's has some of the best American Chinese food! Both the owner and his cousin are such nice people! Very personable! We love them. We drive 2 1/2 hours to get Eddy's!
Eddy was so helpful to my family! My younger brother got on the wrong bus in Spokane and ended up in Colfax instead of up north. Eddie took great care of him while my mom drove down to pick him up! Thanks Eddy!
From my brother on how was the food: “Really good”
I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are in need of some great food!
Always consistently good Chinese food served up in generous portions.
I was in a rush to get to Clarkston. Wanted something to eat. Saw the Eddy's sign, and stop by. Explained I was in a hurry and wanted it to go. In 8 min I was out the door with some delicious Sweet and Sour pork with Chow main and egg roll. 5 star all the way and I've been around. Good Job
My husband and I enjoyed a late lunch at Eddy's on Sunday. Great variety of dishes made from scratch. Hot tea pot and crackers while we waited for lunch to arrive, which came quickly after. Their potstickers are the best!
I have some dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate my needs, to which I'm very appreciative.
Music was classical instrumental playing softly in the background. It gave to a relaxed atmosphere and enjoyable meal.
Their menu has American offerings as well.
We will return on a regular basis.

I haven't been to Eddy's in 15 years and was in the area, so I stopped in for lunch. I was the only one in the place at 2:15 pm, but soon after other customers showed up. There was a short wait on the food which is normal since you are getting fresh hot food. I tried the sweet and sour pork, almond chicken, chow mien and egg roll. The portions were more than I could eat in one setting, so expect some take home. The restaurant was very clean and organized, the restroom being A+ for cleanliness.

Parking: I was unable to find a parking lot, so I parked on main Street a couple of houses down from the restaurant.

A nice family run establishment that makes great chicken! Service was friendly but the restraunt itself was a little dusty.
Parking: There's a very small parking area in the back of the restraunt that can be hard to get too so it might be easier to park along the street.

Eddy's Chinese offers a truly unexpected and well-balanced taste experience. While many restaurants claim to serve authentic Chinese cuisine, Eddy's stands out as the real deal. The texture of their fried food is particularly impressive. Typically, fried dishes fall into one of two categories: overcooked with a crisp exterior but dry interior, or undercooked with a mushy center due to trapped steam. However, Eddy's has mastered the balance. Their fried dishes are perfectly crisp on the outside, while remaining moist and flavorful on the inside.
