It was not the best service I've experienced.Tried to order at the drive thru and as we asked for two flavored red bulls and as we were about to tell them the flavor, the employee cut us off and said "got it" and to "meet him at the window". They then didn't ask what flavors we wanted and gave us random flavored red bulls and we asked to change them and the older male employee said he can't change the drinks out for the ones we want and he said " I can't do it this time but next time for sure" "I can't be waisting redbull". All in all just wish he let us finish ordering and let us get what we wanted. Will not be coming back.

My favorite place to get coffee or energy drinks. Too many options to mention drink wise. They also have quick bites available. Staff is helpful, friendly, and pretty speedy.
A MUST stop to and from Spokane! Not only are the drinks delicious and fair priced, I always look forward to seeing the baristas! They are so positive and kind that their energy makes my day.
I love the staff. The owners are pretty cool too. I always stop at Shotz on the way to Spokane. It makes my trips a little more enjoyable. Now if they can only deliver up the hill to the health and rehab center that would be perfect. ??

What a rare treat! The service was spectacular, the coffee was perfect, the lotus drink had just the right amount of ice and flavor ratio. You must add stop in and pick up your favorite pick me up!
