Absolutely unacceptable and humiliating experience.
My wife accidentally spilled her drink, and instead of offering basic courtesy or help, the waitress threw a cleaning rag onto the table, as if we were expected to clean it ourselves. No apology, no professionalism — just open disrespect.
Her behavior throughout the interaction was arrogant, dismissive, and rude. She spoke to guests with clear irritation and showed repeated disrespect toward my wife and our friends. This was not a misunderstanding — it was a pattern of poor attitude and lack of basic service standards.
We refused to tolerate this treatment. After paying for the drinks, we immediately canceled our food order and left the restaurant, choosing to take our business elsewhere. No one should feel disrespected or looked down on while paying for service.
If management does not seriously address staff behavior and customer service training, I strongly do not recommend this restaurant. We will not be returning.

Terrible service, mean waiters. If the service was better I would go back, but now I don't want to go back there.

Great service, great food, super friendly staff. They had seating for children too... High chair, booster. Had a great family Sunday dinner. We will go again.

My wife and I both ordered seafood meals. The menu said prawns. Big difference between prawns and the shrimp that is actually being served.

Food was super bland and tasteless. Salsa was also bland tasted like straight tomato. Not sure how this place is 4.4 stars. Won’t be returning ever. Not many options in colfax might try Rosauers.

Today - Scrumptious Shredded Beef Enchilada Combo Plate for lunch! Meat had been marinated; tender & tasteful to perfection. Loved the quality and flavorful salsa. The portions were generous and served hot. Staff was entirely attentive and most cheerful. We will certainly be back - and soon! : )

Stopped here driving home from Wazzu and it was EXCELLENT! We had a carne asada burrito, shrimp fajitas and a margarita…was all great. Friendly staff! A def must stop for those hungry before or after Pullman.

Food was pretty good! On street parking. There was only one other table on a Saturday night, not sure why it was so dead. Great service, very attentive waiter. Really clean bathrooms.

Our favorite whenever we want to go out. The food is good, the prices are good, the staff is friendly and kind, and we've always had a good time whenever we've gone in. They make a mango margarita there that actually makes me like tequila (now if only it'd like me back lol), and no matter what you pick to eat on the menu you leave full and very happy about it. I'm pretty basic, so my regular order is the enchiladas, but they're always so good. My husband's favorite is the Arroz con Camarones, and I've always gotta steal a couple bites too, the mushrooms and sauce are so delicious.
Great local fare.
Got my food to go just before closing. Usually most places just want to rush you out so close to closing. But not here, they were nice and my food was delicious.
Best Mexican food AND drinks we’ve had since we moved here. Will definitely be back the next time we are driving through!
Great food and cocktails. But what stands out are the low prices. It’s like these guys didn’t get the memo on the inflation we’ve had the last few years!
