Stopped in for dinner while on an adventure to check out St. Ignatius Haunted Hospital here in Colfax and it was really good.. Got it to-go because we were tight on time and they did a great job getting it ready for us really fast.. definitely recommend checking it out for yourself sometime.. thanks guys .
Had no idea this place was here. I pass thru here pretty often visiting family, I ate here with my parents. This might become a regular lunch spot for us in transit. The carne asada burrito is pretty good if a bit heavy on refried beans. My mom and I both ordered one and wished we had split one instead, it's huge. The salsa is... unusual, has a flavor to it that I can't quite place, but quite good. Chips were good too. The chips and salsa were long gone before the meal...
Pretty good food. Just wish they would remember to use the olla beans when I ask. I even repeated it a couple times on my last order, and they still used refried beans which I really don't like. It seems to mostly be an issue with takeout. Probably won't order out from them anymore.
