The customer service was great. There was a very polite young lady that took my order. The food was good and was served quickly. The restaurant was extremely clean. Great place to grab a quick burger.

Super friendly staff and great food. Clean well kept building inside and out. Good place to stop on your way when traveling through.
I waited at least 5 minutes at the counter, completely ignored by staff. Finally, I said “excuse me” 6-7 times at increasingly loud volumes until I was screaming at the top of my lungs. The staff in the kitchen completely ignored me, despite obviously being able to hear me. Your staff should be able to acknowledge customers, especially after waiting 5+ minutes and politely saying “excuse me” repeatedly, before having to resort to yelling. I don’t appreciate the rudeness and the poor service

This has happened all week.. not sure what’s going on. When I asked they didn’t say anything and just walked away…* update* an employee just told me they were waiting for their boss. He wasn’t there ..

As a professional zips connoisseur, I had to stop by this location. It was great, as all zips are. I figured I should leave my review here to drown out all of the negative ones. Seriously, all of the people who left 1 star reviews can't even spell and are complaining about things that are legit confuzzling. Obviously have no idea how fast food works.

I popped in to order lunch and ordered the cheeseburger, fries, and soft drink meal. Guys were nice enough, chatting in the back with each other. Very helpful to me and quick. The food was all slightly cooler than room temperature. The meat and fries were already cooked and not properly warmed. The fries were actually kinda cool. They got the food put fast because it was cooked and sitting. I would rather have waited for something made to order given that there might not be a lot of foot traffic in Colfax. I didn't make a fuss, and left with food. I ate the burger and tossed the fries. I'll likely not return.

The slowest zips on the west coast. You can loose up to 30 min in the drive through. Every time I come here it's always a long wait.
