We travel alot and over the years the zips in other locations has turned me off of zips. Stopped in last night out of necessity (not alot of options in colfax and we were gonna be out late). One of the best burgers I've had in awhile wish all the zips could get it together like them.
Love Zips. This one is perfect except they don't have self service sauces, which is something I got used to at other Zips restaurants. Other than that, perfect. Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. I don't want to knock them down a star for having to request sauces like every other chain, but, really Zips. Be Zips. Put out the self service sauces.
Zips is not my favorite burger by a long shot. This however is just an outstanding zips imo. It's hard to retain a crew that cares in this industry. Idk if it's a culture thing or what but I think they have a pretty exceptional crew based on 6 or 7 visits over 2 months while in town for work. That goes for counter workers and the kitchen. .
