Zips is not my favorite burger by a long shot. This however is just an outstanding zips imo. It's hard to retain a crew that cares in this industry. Idk if it's a culture thing or what but I think they have a pretty exceptional crew based on 6 or 7 visits over 2 months while in town for work. That goes for counter workers and the kitchen. .
It is true, each Zip's is different, some good, some not so good, but this one was awesome. Friendly staff and the food was great. Best banana shake I've had in a minute!!!
The customer service was great. There was a very polite young lady that took my order. The food was good and was served quickly. The restaurant was extremely clean. Great place to grab a quick burger.
