I thought this was supposed to be fast food, but service here is incredibly slow. Food is still ok, but be prepared to wait. If you go inside to order because the line for the drive through is very long. Then you can expect to be pretty much ignored at the counter. Staff just seem to look right through you and then walk away. Oh and when you finally get your order they can't even be bothered to put any napkins in your bag and seriously when they ask if you want cheese on your burger they charge 80 cents for it. The Burger King in Walla Walla only charges 30 cents.

Ordered food here through the drive thru. Nobody was at the window to take our money. Went to the next window and the young lady complained that we haven’t paid. After we took one bite of our food we realized there was chicken feathers in our food… my wife took all our food right back inside, and the same young lady tried to dispute chicken feathers in our food so we didn’t get a refund.. the assistant manager even agreed with my wife that there was chicken feathers in our food. This lady still tried to fight giving us a refund. We absolutely won’t be back to this place. Terrible terrible food and terrible service.

I went in the drive thu. Waited to order no bug deal so I thought the lady with the mic asked what I was ordering started with my order nothing on screen so I wait said hello after about a minute no response waited another 30 seconds and said hello again no response. Finally after I didnt saying anything for a minute or so she gets on the mic and says you know I can hear you. It was so rude this place should be ran out of business with the way they treat people and mess up orders. Or atleast someone should actually take charge of there employees.

5/4/25 Just went and got dinner for my whole family and to start off, I had to go back to get my son's chicken fries that were missing, and they had hair in them!! He pulled a few hairs out of them. And one of my daughters cheese burgers too! Disgusting! It's been multiple times that I'm missing items from my orders. And this is the third time I ask them to put cheese and bacon on the whoppers and they don't add it on them. I get charged $2.30 extra for each whopper, so I payed $6.90 extra for nothing! And the burgers were cold. We didn't enjoy any of our food except for the fries. I don't think I will be going back to this Burger King 😕

The icees are ALWAYS watery and foamy. The shakes are the same, minus the foam. They take FOREVER to get you your food. We had to pull to the front for just two ordered meals and a side of cheesy tots. And we ended up going inside and they actually forgot about us. I watched them put my order together once i asked about it. They are so slow and the food is bad compared to the Burger King across town. So disappointing. It’s bad quality fast food that isn't fast. Don't come here if you only have an hour for lunch, you'll spend most of it waiting. This isn't a one time issue either. Every time I come here it is the same. I thought it was a learning curve. But I have learned my lesson, I will not be coming here again.

They only care about their drive thru timers, was told it will take a couple minutes to get my food cause I ordered something that is served all day but it would have to be warmed up. Took 3-4 mins to get to the pick up window and food still wasn't ready. Was asked to pull to the front and still waited another 8 mins for my order. Just hope everything else is still warm when I get home.
