One of the first customers on a Saturday morning, but still greeted warmly. Made me glad to be there. Barista went out of her way to accommodate my rather complicated order. And the coffee was great! Will definitely return.
Like other reviews have said, the Human Bean provides the RUDEST customer service in town especially the blonde lady, whom I assume is the owner. There is no customer service, unlike the other coffee shops in town, where the employees are actually kind. If you’re looking for friendly service, don’t stop here. You’ll be treated like you’re imposing on someone’s day. Their cringe service deserves a ZERO!

This is a different coffee shop. The drinks are nasty. The people have a bad attitude. The prices are too high, and the size of your drinks are like half of what you get and other places ?????????????

I ain’t gonna lie this has to be by far the worst coffee shop I’ve stopped at in a while. I ordered my coffee and the lady there was extremely rude and had an attitude she was yelling at a coworker angrily and let her anger out on me(blonde lady with disgusting long nails) I saw them making my coffee with utensils made with other coffees that I saw crumbs of other drinks into my coffee. I will not come back. If I could I’d give it a zero.
