Came in around 5pm Saturday and nobody was in the restaurant. Went to the counter to look at the food case and they had several items either gone or crusted over and old looking. Asked if they could make some fresh and they looked at each other with the dear in the head lights look. Then one chimed in and said it will take UP TO 5 minutes to make. We just decided to go with what they had that semi looked appetizing. Went to sit and all the booths were filthy so I asked the one of the dear in the head lights girls if they had a wet rag for the booth and she asked are they dirty??? I'm thinking really. No I just want a wet rag to play with Jesus h Christ lady. So she pointed at a bucket with water on top of the garbage can and said we keep them over there not letting me know that she can clean a table for us but just the location which was fine cause I already knew nobody there standing around was going to do it. Will we be back probably not it's been like this for years now and we took a shot in the dark which was an epic fail again.

I never leave a review, but when panda charges extra for walnut shrimp I expect more than 5 shrimps in my meal, and yes I did count them

Don't use the drive through if you see a line. They allow people to sit and wait at the window if their dish is out and needs to be cooked. Sat through a 30 minute line of only 6 cars after being blocked in by someone behind me so I couldn't leave. After the 30 minutes I got to the window and they said my entree would need 5 minutes and I could wait for it. Insane waste of time. Why would you allow that and not have them pull forward or something?

Terrible service. I ordered ahead online and when I got to the restaurant at the scheduled time it was not ready. I had to keep bugging the staff that were not helpful at all as they would not give me status of my food order even when I asked. I finally had to talk to a manager to complain but even then my food came out slowly. I do not recommend coming to this restaurant if you are looking for fast food.

Left me waiting for ATLEAST 10 minutes just for my chow main to be dry as well as my beef and broccoli.

Okay, something happened. I do a daughter/mom date at this place very often. As of recently, the orange chicken is quite spicy now, the smell of the food is different, and the taste of the mushroom chicken sauce is different. We hate this place now. Also, if there is a recipe change, it is not your fault, but I will say I often get dry chow mein 80% of the time. Sorry, but I think ya'll lost us forever, which really bums me out
I waited over 30 minutes to get food tonight in the drive through, when I got to the window I wasn’t told sorry for the wait, just here is your total. After I got home I realized I waited that long only to have cold food after the 3 minute drive home.

Nearly $9 for a bowl of dry as the Sahara yet simultaneously mushy rice (like two messed up batches in one) with 6 pieces of chicken and multiple clumps of breading. And the pieces that did have chicken was barely any, and the breading was like raw/crumbly/powdery

Posted closing time at 9:00 on New Year’s Eve and doors were locked at 8:30. Employees just stared at us from inside the store. Absolute crap if you want to close early then post those hours don’t screw someone over for their dinner
