As far as panda express locations go, this is a pretty good one. The place was clean and inviting and the service was decent. The only complaint I'd have is the chow mein Noodles were a little dry compared to some I've had.Overall a pretty good choice for fast ish food.
Service at this restaurant is always professional and friendly. They work quickly and are efficient. Even when short-staffed they are professional and polite.

For fast food its good. I buy our stuff online a lot and just started using the reward system. Sometimes the offers are good as well. They are pretty good about getting things right although I do wish they would put a bit more in.
They didn’t give us any of the 3 sauces, utensils, or fortune cookies. They also didn’t give us half of our egg rolls!!! I hate paying for food we didn’t receive!

Super tense atmosphere. It seemed like the employees didn't want to be there. Drive through service was interesting. Redirected to the hold que and waited 28 minutes for my entree and sides. No show. Finally had to go inside to get the manager's attention. No managerial responsibility. Blamed her staff. Out of some condiments. Blamed it on shipping delays. No offer of compensation. Poor leadership. Finally returned to my vehicle with 4 month old in car seat carrier and 4 year old toddler in tow. I'm exhausted. I'm not alone, either. Others were just as frustrated. Unfortunate cookie! Oh, they were out of those, too.
Rude, took 20 minutes just to serve use the food after it had been sitting on the counter for another 5-10 minutes? After asking an employee to let us know when the food was done because they were out of something she got an attitude and said "did you want me to throw it back in with the rest" this is unacceptable and if you're going to work in fast food have a good attitude with the people paying you especially if they've done nothing wrong. After bringing problem to the manager's attention they had informed she had been sent home for more than 1 problem like this just today and apologized multiple times for what happened i guess catch them at the right time lol it's 50/50 for me

My partner and I each ordered 2-entree plates with a side of super greens. We each found huge florets of broccoli hidden UNDER our entrees in the to-go containers making the entree appear to be a generous amount. This has happened before so I decided to post a review this time. Can’t be a coincidence. Won’t go back.
