Today was my first time at The Atlas and I was super impressed with the aesthetic. The coffee was excellent, too. I graduated in 2005 and if The Atlas had been around when I was in school I would have lived there – what a wonderful place for students, WWU, and the entire community. I heard Davis Elementary teachers sometimes stop by for coffee – super cool! Also, I ran into an old friend, Professor Kirt Onthank, while I was standing in line. Thanks again for a great experience....
I really enjoyed visiting the Atlas and seeing all the students studying in the shop. They have really made the coffee shop into a cozy hangout for studying. There is a nice outside area as well if the weather is warm! They experiment with new drinks or seasonal drinks and I really enjoy the variety. The baristas are so friendly as well. Going in the mornings you are more likely to get a table because many students go there to study in the afternoons/evenings. Less are there early...
