Today I went to Maverick's in Colville. The building was nice and approachable, I like the aesthetic and it was very clean. Waitress was very nice and so helpful. I got chicken fried steak and a biscuit instead of the eggs. Probably in the top ten of the best chicken fried steak's I've had. I'm really appreciative and happy overall with my experience here. Stopped here while passing through on a hiking trip. Wonderful place, great food, exceptional service. Maverick's is one of those increasing rare places that truly take pride in what they do.
