Bought three pizzas Cooked one took a bite something was major wrong with it something had spoiled on it cheese pineapple or ham called and told them about it they almost called me a lier because they said that never happens they change the fruit and toppings every morning well they lost me as a customer I better get a refund from the manager in the morning for what I had to pay for the pizzas Manager has to do it because they can't

How hard is it to get an order correct?We placed a online order for 2 pizzas. Both of the pizzas were incorrect (they even had tags on them specifying what we ordered). I'm not too sure what's going on with the local business...Super disappointed especially after paying over $30 for our pizza to be incorrect....Sad, because we have always loved this place but the last couple times we've ordered the pizzas have been incorrect.

I normally have a decent experience at papa Murphys. Today I ordered online about an hour and a half ahead of when I planned to pick up. As I arrived I was ignored and finally had to ask for help. The young lady was rude and careless. She finally hand me my pizza and side. I leave and get home go to start the pizza it’s thrown together and only had the toppings I added and paid for. Extremely disappointed in my visit today. Will definitely not be tipping before I pick up again. Honestly probably won’t be back.

Never going back. I ordered a pizza through their app at noon on a Tuesday for a 5pm pickup. When I arrived at 5pm the pizza was not done, I then waited on site for over 3 hours as the staff struggled to keep up with the orders, the receipts were all laid out in a jumbled mess that the staff would shuffle everytime someone came up to complain and push them to the front of the line but people like me that didn't want to make a scene got pushed back. They refused refunds due to their system being down until one person made enough of a fuss around 7:30 that they finally gave her one. This is also when it became apparent that the manager was in the back of the store and was letting her employees flounder.Honestly I don't blame any of the employees that were up front that day, they were in over their head and I felt bad, they were kids that didn't know what to do and noone was helping them. I blame improper training and bad management. Either way not worth waiting 8hr for a pizza I then have to cook myself.

I have been buying pizza at this store for years. I have never seen this bad of service in any fast food establishment in my life. We went to the online app to order on a Saturday evening, I know it’s going to busy no big deal. Ten minutes after the time the app said my pizzas would be ready I went up and ask the lady behind the cash register she said there are two pizza’s ahead of mine. 25 minutes later, exactly an hour from when I made the Order, I watched 10 pizzas come out behind the counter. I asked the lady behind the cash register and her answer was that mine got pushed back, I asked why? Her answer was she didn’t know. Well I do! Her help behind the counter spent more time chatting with he friends and doing there pizzas first. I left without my pizza because I couldn’t wait another hour. It is sad that this is the best help you can find these days. I will be buying my papa Murphy’s pizza at a different store from now on.
