1 hour 10 minutes to get pizza Charged for someone else’s larger order

How hard is it to get an order correct?We placed a online order for 2 pizzas. Both of the pizzas were incorrect (they even had tags on them specifying what we ordered). I'm not too sure what's going on with the local business...Super disappointed especially after paying over $30 for our pizza to be incorrect....Sad, because we have always loved this place but the last couple times we've ordered the pizzas have been incorrect.

I normally have a decent experience at papa Murphys. Today I ordered online about an hour and a half ahead of when I planned to pick up. As I arrived I was ignored and finally had to ask for help. The young lady was rude and careless. She finally hand me my pizza and side. I leave and get home go to start the pizza it’s thrown together and only had the toppings I added and paid for. Extremely disappointed in my visit today. Will definitely not be tipping before I pick up again....read full review
