I’ve stayed in Colville for 2 weeks now. Maybe a handful of times there is a server who worked alone, with curly hair, who is a delight and gets things out in a timely manner with care. But the other handful of times I have waited (*with no exaggeration*) over 15-25 minutes in line with only 1 person ahead of me ordering 1 singular coffee whenever one particular server, “Sammi”, with straight hair, a little bit shorter, and some piercings is serving alone.
