5 B's is the best GF bakery and restaurant I've ever been to. My husband and I make it a point to always stop there when we travel back and forth across the North Cascades Highway. Yesterday we stopped for treats and got two chicken salad sandwiches to go. Sandwiches were superb (yummy chicken salad on rosemary walnut bread) and came with apples slices, coleslaw and a cookie. It's wild to find a gluten free bakery out in this neck of the woods! The food was great all around. Every plate was like a sampler of what they could do without gluten. Biscuits, cookies, paninis, pizzas. They're just showing off
Amazing gem to have available in a tiny town just before North Cascades! Well worth even a day trip honestly! Cute little town with small little shops to visit as well. This celiac was super excited to shop just before and after my camping trip. I purchased a bunch for my trip and then a 2nd time on my way home as well.
