TLDR; I think I’m in love.
Taking a cross country road trip, woke up after a night of tenting, and needed a bite. I was admittedly a pessimist, because the last handful of places we’ve visited have been in the ‘eh’ category. We decided to try it anyway. I ordered a caramel macchiato and loaded avocado toast. Husband got the chipotle chicken panini. I have had the pleasure of getting coffee here every summer my work takes me to the area. The espresso is always on point and the service is always friendly and prompt. The last few visits I’ve gotten food as well. The breakfast burritos here are incredible! They are the size of a baby and filled to the brim with eggs, hash browns, cheese and choice of meat.
