My sister and I wanted to try Steamboat as we had a 2 for 1 coupon. The Saturday afternoon we stopped there, it was surrounded by a group of 200 motorcyclists on a charity rally (this is in a very small town). But there were tables available and we stayed for lunch. The only waitress was calm and unruffled waiting on everyone, while the chef also helped deliver food to the customers. Our salads were very good, with extra touches and large portions. Great place to stop for great food with large servings. The Mac n cheese is creamy with rich hints of bacon.
The pork plate (carnitas) is delicious with moist pull apart chunks of meat. The beans have a nice roasted flavor that compliments the rice.
