LOVE this place! It's easily accessible, has the friendliest staff and delicious espresso beverages! I love that their pastry offerings include choices for vegan and gluten-free enjoyment! A favorite for sure!

Stopped in with family for coffee and a quick bite and have to say that the food is likely the only thing carrying this place. My panini was fantastic but the coffee was just abysmal. My iced latte was such an odd color that I’ve never seen and was so overly sweet that it was difficult to drink. Not sure if it’s a syrup/milk/coffee ratio thing here or not.

Sadly our quest for the best coffeehouse around Coupeville still continues...Cedar and Salt was not it for me. We ordered a caramel macchiato with an added espresso shot. Way too sweet and so much creamy froth on top. The cinnamon roll was decent. A little dry and had a little cinnamon flavor. The iced vanilla latte with oat milk was actually 5tho! The barista brought our order to the table which was an unexpected nicety. The interior was spacious with art on the walls for purchase, communal board games & puzzles, Cedar and Salt merch, and an ice cream bar. My daughter described the look of the coffeehouse as a Panera Bread. Not homey & cute, but clean and just okay.We won't be back.Parking in the rearSmall cute outdoor patio

I've started giving one star to coffeeshops that have 12oz drinks with only 1 shot of espresso and charge a dollar more when a standard espresso machine pours a double shot and thats what should be in all 12oz drinks and for coffee shops that dont have traditional coffee drinks on their menu or properly trained baristas (ie a cappuccino is 8 oz 1/3 milk 1/3 espresso 1/3 foam). The girl serving was lovely and did her best so 5 stars for effort. 1 star for owners that overcharge

Progressively going down hill. Pecan sticky buns are one day the size of your head the next day a quarter size for the same price. Today after being talked into the pork panini, i drove to the ferry boat to enjoy my sandwich, which had no pork in it. Three slices of subpar bacon on a pair of toast cost me $10 and a very bad attitude. I will never go back.

Delicious food especially the scones! Perfectly done! I love the coffee and atmosphere. The breakfast sandwiches are one of my faves too.

Cute location, easily accessible. Love that most of the items are scratch made. Delicious take on a parfait with added pumpkin. Granola is on par. Americano was smooth and delightful. Definitely a must stop if you’re in the area and want a great local cuppa joe.

I love this place. The people are friendly every time I visit. The espresso is great, which is the primary reason I am there. We have tried several of the pastries, all of which were delicious. I didn't enjoy the lavender scone but that was simply a matter of taste. The bagels are packaged/store bought so know that going in - it was still just fine. The atmosphere is nice. It's a cute spot to hang out for an hour or so and get some work done or chat with a friend. The prices are a bit high (think $5 for a cookie.. but they are very good) which is typical for the island, but it is also a newer establishment so I'm hoping things will even out a little in the future. My only other hope for improvement in the future is the iced coffee. I've tried it a few times and it usually tastes burnt. Go for hot.
