In town meeting a good friend. The first waiter was good. But he was getting off and was passed to another waitress and we were forgotten about. Drink refills forgotten about then I believe it was the manager came out with the refills 10 plus minutes later. I would of let them know but the younger boys were taken care of and the older elderly couple got better service. I am writing this while I am still sitting at my table waiting for the bill..

I love the bar section of this location. I have been there a few times and the wait staff I get are always super on point with their service, fun to talk to and make the happy hour deals that much better.
We are at Applebee's just about every Friday afternoon, where Victoria, the bartender, takes our order. She is so sweet and personable and quick on her feet. The gentleman manager is always friendly too, and always comes by to check on us, as does Victoria.. All the servers are very pleasant. The food is good and not overpriced. We're happy to come here.

The food was good. My only complaint is that they have a page marked 2 for $25. We ordered from that page but when we got the bill it's was $30 +tax and tip.. I asked the waitress.. she said the items we selected were not included in the 2 for 25.. So if you go here and want the deal, ya better ask the real price when ordering..

Came here for a family dinner on 12/28 for ten people. Our server Anna was the most condescending and rude server ever. First, she got our drinks wrong, forgot some order drinks and we just reminded her. The following when we were actually ordering food, my kid was ordering and he was speaking softly. So I just asked her to confirm that she heard him accurately for the ingredients he wanted removed. She started making a fuss about it and started giving us attitude. The proper way for any servers would’ve been to confirm the order. Not once did she repeat anyone’s order to confirm. I went to her manager and told them she is full of attitude. Obviously this lady does not enjoy her job. But she should not be giving that negative energy out to customers who are just trying to enjoy our night and enjoy some food and laughter. This ruined our whole experience. And mind you, the restaurant is not busy at all since this is after the holidays on a Sunday night. There’s probably 3 tables she’s assigned to and we’re the only big party in her section.

Our waitress was Amazing. Quick service, great food, very kind and outgoing and great personality.
Wonton taco delicious, got the 2 for 25. Onion ring. On point. Did an orientation salad got grilled chicken taste burnt. They changed it for the crispy one and was very nice. Also got a sirloin steak and was a little dry they exchanged it and took it togo. Manager here is very nice so is the staff. Over all good experience, another thing was i was reading a book and they gave me a free appetizers coupon. Which i thought was awesome. 🫶

We are regulars, we try to be low key and be okay with what we get. On friday night, one of Applebees busiest nights, we came in at about 5:35 and wanted to get happy hour pricing on the appetizers. My son checked our order, before we received it on the kiosk, and we were being charged full price for them and one was wrong. The server walked paas me with drinks for another table, I said can you please stop by our table on the way back, our order is wrong. She stopped right then, looked at the kiosk, then yelled at us and got frustrated and said I will need to come back.Which I told her to. She put down the drinks to the table she was delivering it to and walked by us again, I tried again to tell her the issue, again she said she needs to come back. We just wanted to make sure before the food was made we got the right food and the happy hour prices.I thought we were customers to.I have grown to not expect perfect service or perfect food orders from Applebees. But this time, we just left, and won't be back for awhile if ever.
