Great, authentic, tasty food
Can't believe there is such a strong authentic SE Asian style joint in Covington! Dining room is actually so much nicer than you would guess based on the location and streetview. Kitchen was fast and spotlessly clean, they even had really nice bathrooms. Concerned this place might be lost on the local population, hope they survive and thrive because I will detour to eat a meal here next time!
Covington Thai Cuisine is a gem. The food is seriously good — full of flavor and clearly made with care. The duck is tender and perfectly cooked, the crispy pork belly is spot-on, and both the Pad kra pao and pad see ew are absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried hit the mark.
