Workers often get distracted and forget to put orders in the pickup area for the app orders. It's hit or miss. Sometimes they are fast. Sometimes slow. It's kind of a crap shoot. It's also hard to tell whether theit main focus is on drive-thru dine in or app orders.
10 am the place was dead. I was the only customer in line. The workers saw me, didnt acknowledge me, and continued to have fun conversations with eachother. I waited for about 5 minutes before I walked to order pick up and just grabbed some food. They didnt care or ask anything. Thanks for the smallest sandwich. The content amount inside was patheticly small

We were looking for something a little more basic for bread and honestly weren’t sure what Panera had available. We were already driving there, so I called ahead and Ann was so sweet and answered all of our questions over the phone! She made it super easy and was so helpful. We’ll definitely be stopping in for our French baguettes soon! 🥖❤
