I ordered three half Steak and White Cheddar Toasts and asked for just the meat and cheese only, nothing else, no red onions or horseradish sauce. And I get my food, expecting my order to be correct and then start eating and realize that they left the red onions and horseradish sauce on them and am now never going back to that Penera. Today I was there and I must say, I never write google reviews but Amber and Haley, or Hailey however it's spelled ? were absolutely amazing and helpful. I hadn't been to a Panera in years but now they have definitely made me want to become a regular customer. I wish them both the best!!

The food is good, but a little expensive. My experiences with the staff have been both good and bad. They have a good area to sit, relax and enjoy your food/drink.Kid-friendliness: My kids like all the pasties and cookies they offer. They also like the mac and cheese.
