One star because the night manager on 7/29 ignored me when I asked for sauces. Not just her but the front counter and runners didn’t acknowledged me and did the same. Please train them better with manners. Thank you.

My buddies and I have been meeting at this restaurant for a summer bible study. The staff always greets us warmly, is wonderfully polite to us, food is great, and the restaurant is very clean. This week the owner, Marc, stopped by to greet us and check up on us. He's a Navy veteran, told us a bit of his story how he got to own his restaurant, and thanked us for eating at his establishment. He could have walked right by us, but didn't-- instead he spent about 5 minutes with us.

After reading the reviews and not seeing any management reply to reviews it is very clear this location does not care about ita customer service.

Closes at 9 was closed early with people in it. Every other location I have visited closes at 10pm. When I asked them about it they were very rude about it and said it was closing hour. It's 30min prior to 9pm. If you close at 830pm then adjust your times.

Good food at reasonable prices (which is especially important these days) and in a family-frendly atmosphere. The service staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. I have never been to a "fast-food" restaurant where staff members would come to my table and ask if I needed anything. A very well managed establishment for families looking for good food at a fair price!
