Constantly broken jacuzzi, broken sauna, broken ventilation, no classes offered… and the place is getting worse.
Rude managers. Tried to get them to consistently enforce the mask regulations and they showed an attitude saying I don’t understand what they go through suggesting I go with them on a sweep of the club. That’s ridiculous.
Great club. Great equipment. But their customer service sucks. Need to work on their people skills.
