I payed for extra steak and double wrapped burrito, they gave me a tiny little burrito that isn’t even the size of a regular chipotle burrito single wrapped anywhere else. They did not give me my extra steak I payed $5 for. This morning we woke up to food poisoning and had to call out of work because of the steak. The employees just stood there talking to each other in front of me, not doing their actual jobs or asking what I needed for at least 5 minutes when I came in to pick up my order yesterday . This chipotle is very disappointing and unsanitary especially for just opening.

Portion sizes are the worst if any Chipotle I’ve been to. If you order double meat, it’s maybe 1.5x serving if the worker is being nice. I was excited to have a Chipotle open up close by but I have given up on this location and just go to Taco Time instead.

I've been a handful of times and have never had a bad experience
I was excited when this location originally opened since there was a chipotle near here. Every time I go to this location the portions are small and I feel like I am going through a prison line. I will just be driving the extra 30-40 mins for other locations. I have been loyal to chipotle but I’m very disappointed to see where this brand is headed.

I know Chipolte can be hit or miss but we had a great experience at this one. Friendly staff and they didn’t just slop everything on the ladies were nice and spread a little more evenly without being asked. They were also patient with my 80yo mother who is hard of hearing.
