I got a root beer milkshake. Did I need the extra 1000 calories today? No. But did it taste phenomenal? Sort of. Did it hit the spot? Most definitely. The two gals working the shop were friendly, and fast.

I don’t usually say anything, but this was shockingly ridiculous. Manager clearly had no idea how to handle the situation and aggressively disrespected me in the middle of check out. I work as a manager in food costumer service as well and understand things can get stressful but I would never treat anyone like this. They also overcharged me so it seems I was robbed in more ways than one.

Is Sunday, super busy and just three girls doing everything. Not nice.

The service was extremely fast and efficient, I thought I’d have to wait but it went by super fast, and the shake was delicious too! ^-^

The customer service was bad & giving attitude for no reason & got hair in my ice cream and they didn’t give me my refund back

I've come to this location multiple times in the past without issue. However, the past three times I have attempted, the service has been abysmal. So poor that I have walked out without even given the chance to order. Every time, the side conversation between employees is the focus, not the customer. I am not sure what has happened in the recent months, but I will not be back.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional! Ice cream was on point! Loved the whole experience.

All around disappointment. There was one girl at the counter when we first arrived and when she made my ice cream she chopped the mix-ins 2 times and then put it in the cup. I was eating huge pieces of cookie dough and Oreo…. Absolutely disgusting.

Then when I checked out, I paid for all 6 of our ice creams but she told the other worker finishing up our 6th ice cream that she didn’t charge for the 6th and he needed to figure it out. So he said I need to charge for your last ice cream. Luckily I counted how many she charged for and told him to go back and count, at which point he realized I truly had paid for all of the creations.

I’m including a picture of one of our creations she made where the brownie was hardly broken apart, it was basically a whole brownie surrounded by the ice cream.

We’re paying for our mix-ins to be CHOPPED and mixed in. Not just folded in whole.

Do better.

The shake was just OK, but the service was delightful!

I picked up a to good to go and omg I love! Got a suprise cake and a bag and they’re the best you can try new things and if you are open to different flavors they’re great! Hopefully you guys don’t hate doing them

Honestly, we've lived nearby for years without popping in, but we just received the best service and the ice cream was better than I remembered from my childhood. Shout-out to Hanna for her patience with kiddos picking flavors and excellent customer service!

Kid-friendliness: My kids and I had so much fun! Staff was patient as we picked flavors.
