I've come to this location multiple times in the past without issue. However, the past three times I have attempted, the service has been abysmal. So poor that I have walked out without even given the chance to order. Every time, the side conversation between employees is the focus, not the customer. I am not sure what has happened in the recent months, but I will not be back.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional! Ice cream was on point! Loved the whole experience.

All around disappointment. There was one girl at the counter when we first arrived and when she made my ice cream she chopped the mix-ins 2 times and then put it in the cup. I was eating huge pieces of cookie dough and Oreo…. Absolutely disgusting.

Then when I checked out, I paid for all 6 of our ice creams but she told the other worker finishing up our 6th ice cream that she didn’t charge for the 6th and he needed to figure it out. So he said I need to charge for your last ice cream. Luckily I counted how many she charged for and told him to go back and count, at which point he realized I truly had paid for all of the creations.

I’m including a picture of one of our creations she made where the brownie was hardly broken apart, it was basically a whole brownie surrounded by the ice cream.

We’re paying for our mix-ins to be CHOPPED and mixed in. Not just folded in whole.

Do better.

The shake was just OK, but the service was delightful!

I picked up a to good to go and omg I love! Got a suprise cake and a bag and they’re the best you can try new things and if you are open to different flavors they’re great! Hopefully you guys don’t hate doing them

Honestly, we've lived nearby for years without popping in, but we just received the best service and the ice cream was better than I remembered from my childhood. Shout-out to Hanna for her patience with kiddos picking flavors and excellent customer service!

Kid-friendliness: My kids and I had so much fun! Staff was patient as we picked flavors.

Never thought I'd review an ice cream place/fast food. Their Uber eats team consistently messes up. I've ordered 5 times and 3 of which where wrong. First one only one of two ice creams came. Second they missed the $3 cone/bowl and didn't add the cake mix in. The third they just missed ingredients.At this point it's my fault, I just love cold stone but I really should have stopped ordering from this location a long time ago.

Ordered a custom cake for a Monday, then needed to get it earlier. I called at 8pm on Saturday night and asked when they could have it and they had it ready by 9:30pm!

This is one of my favorite ice cream shops to visit. There is a large variety of ice creams to choose from, and it is always very tasty. The store is very clean every time I visit, and the employees are always very kind.

I do not recommend this location. I literally watched a girl spill our milkshake on the table, and when she noticed I saw… poured it into a different cup. Gross. Also, the cone was the stalest chewiest cone I’ve had in my life.
