Great Lava Boba drink. They even threw in a free spicy noodle dish because it was Tuesday. And the noodles were good! Plus they came in a Bao Box I got to keep! To top it off, they gave me a coupon for a free food item on my next visit.
Bonus points for the creepy AI Christmas video constantly playing on the big screen!
Tapioca was a weird texture, and gross. Service was confused, and very slow. Floors were sticky. Cash registers don’t work properly. Xiangbao tasted bad, and had a weird rubbery texture. Pork bao was slightly better than flavorless.

We came to get bubble tea twice and also tried their take out options. The drinks weren’t both times not well mixed and the tapioca bobas were overcooked and too soft. The bobas were stuck together both times and had no chewy texture. The employees don’t know how to cook boba properly. Their take out food were meh. The steamed items were cooked but the texture was terrible and the flavor was too sweet for savory and spicy food.

No clear menu inside so thru us off on ordering and had to pull out the website. Teas aren’t as flavorful as we expected and lava smoothie didn’t have the strawberry topping as described/shown on site.Besides this, it’s a cute little place with a great idea. Def could spruce up a bit to encompass the fun teas and would be more attractive to come back and try again
Kid-friendliness: Lots of fruit smoothies

Soup dumplings were cold and raw tasting. They had mushy insides, not soup. I gagged on the first one I ate and had force it down. The mango green tea tastes like perfume. The service was just okay, definitely shouldn’t have tipped considering the 15 minute wait which would be understandable had the dumplings been actually cooked. Very disappointing experience overall. 1/10 do not recommend.

Usually a great place to pick up some boba tea. Unfortunately, today was taking unreasonably long. People were leaving. There were beepers going off. Unpleasant experience today. Please speed up your service.

Excellent, high-quality, never had a bad experience with this place. My favorite guilty pleasure is taro with boba and oreo mixed in.

Tea and new Bao Box dumplings were good, but took a while with only one employee working.
