Went for breakfast today. My wife and I were impressed with their vegan friendly choices now available. Their French toast is bigger than I remember. I asked for 2 slices, and I really only needed 1. Eggs were cooked the way I wanted, and sausage was good, and the hashbrowns were good. Our food was good but cold when we received it. The restaurant was very busy, our server said that was the norm. Very close seating to other families. I found this uncomfortable. Our server himself was very kind and did his job well. Overall an okay experience.

This was the first IHOP I had ever seen in a strip mall. I was a little leary but it was a good as a full-size restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
