Love this place!! The staff is so amazing!! The food is perfect. You can go low carb too and get in all your vegetables. Atmosphere is low key. If you get the all you can eat bowl you get a drink with it.

The food at The Iron Grill is okay—slightly above average but nothing particularly special. My real concern is with management and food safety practices. A young man working the register was wearing gloves while handling raw beef, placing it into bowls, and then continued to assist customers—touching credit cards, the register, and even adjusting window shades in the dining area—all without changing his gloves. He then went right back to handling food. This lack of basic food handling hygiene is unacceptable. It’s not the food that will keep me from returning—it’s the disregard for cleanliness and cross-contamination protocols. Management clearly needs to retrain staff on proper food safety practices.

Iron Grill Covington is a great spot where you can build your own bowl with fresh vegetables, noodles, and sauces, then hand it off to the friendly staff, who cook it right in front of you. We placed a large group order, and everything came out hot, tasty, and exactly how we wanted it. The staff was super pleasant and handled the order with care and efficiency. A fantastic option for both individual meals and larger groups!

This place is so cool, make sure you are really hungry for food before going here, as it is really filling. They have many toppings to choose from, the people are nice, and if your children ask, the cooks might show them this thing where they pour water onto the grill, it bursts into flames. It's so cool! I do advise not to buy all you can eat but instead pack your bowl to the brim to get the most out of it!
