Very nice restaurant highly recommend, being there 3 times recently for lunch. Delicious, fresh, healthy grill. Staffs are friendly, kitchen is visible to customers and very clean, restaurant rules are generous. adding as many as you can without extra charge. Extra plate is provided for couples sharing one plate.

We honestly loved this place. The prices are such a good deal, especially for how much food you get, and everything we ate was DELICIOUS . Fresh, flavorful, and cooked exactly how we wanted it.
The customer service really stood out too — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right away, not rushed or ignored. It just felt like one of those places that actually cares about their customers.
We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back. Definitely a new favorite for us.

Bleach fest!!! So gross. 🤢 We used to come here a lot but the last few times we walk in and literally walk back out. They clean with bleach constantly. I understand trying to keep things sanitary but you hit with a wall of bleach fumes every time you open the door and it’s just gross to smell that in a restaurant. Bleach at closing every day like other places, then be done! You’ll be sitting there eating your food and they come around with bleach spray to clean the tables next to you and you’re breathing it in, eyes watering, trying to eat. It doesn’t matter how good the food or service is when you can’t breathe. There are plenty of other disinfectants to use that don’t make your customers gag. You don’t smell this in other establishments.

Jennifer the owner is nice and Vicky, the receptionists is always cheery and makes you feel that you're appreciated as a person! I don't know where you can get more food that tastes so good for a cheaper price then you can get at iron grill!

Love this place!! The staff is so amazing!! The food is perfect. You can go low carb too and get in all your vegetables. Atmosphere is low key. If you get the all you can eat bowl you get a drink with it.

The food at The Iron Grill is okay—slightly above average but nothing particularly special. My real concern is with management and food safety practices. A young man working the register was wearing gloves while handling raw beef, placing it into bowls, and then continued to assist customers—touching credit cards, the register, and even adjusting window shades in the dining area—all without changing his gloves. He then went right back to handling food. This lack of basic food handling hygiene is unacceptable. It’s not the food that will keep me from returning—it’s the disregard for cleanliness and cross-contamination protocols. Management clearly needs to retrain staff on proper food safety practices.
