I had a great experience at this Jamba. I stopped after an appointment in the area in the late morning on 4/22. I ordered an acai bowl and it was delicious. I’m picky with fruit and berries but the bowl passed every test. The banana and berries on top were super fresh. The young man working was friendly, polite, and fast to help me. I will definitely go back when I’m in the area again.

Jumar and malia did a fantastic job making my smoothie they were very friendly and very upbeat. They had a good positive positive energy coming in here. They’re very knowledgeable about their smoothies. They had great recommendations very sweet kind employees, and it was refreshing coming in here just to see their smiling faces and having good energy, I will definitely be back and I will definitely show my friends and family. I was standing in the lobby and left because I just could not believe what I was hearing from the employees behind the counter. They were very rude to some lady who only wanted them to print a receipt. The young girl who was apparently new was acting like a child and banging on counters with the company blender and literally talking smack to this poor lady. Then she was still talking smack so that everyone else in the lobby could hear when the lady left! Jamba needs to vet these employees better. I don't care what kind of day these employees had, you do not EVER talk to customers like that! I am appalled at what I heard from someone who is supposed to be providing excellent customer service. I feel sorry for anyone that got anything from here on this night and would fear that the food might have something "extra" in it. I will not be going back to this Jamba until they hire better people!

Great people, great smoothies. But please, stop it with the self-serve kiosk. The kiosk is cumbersome, the menu does not match the larger menu displayed in-store, it is difficult to make modifications. This is an inconvenience pretending to be a convenience.
