Can we rate zero stars for customer service? Man, that was rough. Ordered 2 sandwiches, got one. Came back to get the other and was treated like I was the scum of the earth. When you make a mistake, you should act graciously and work With your customer to figure it out.

Google pay was having issues and they really helped and hooked it up! The service was perfect and I appreciate everyone! Thank you for being awesome and having great food!
Service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean. Ordered a sandwich, and softdrink total came to $17 bucks. Was handed my food and I was shocked at how small my sandwich was. It was literally a few pieces of meat and then a ton of lettuce. While it was good it was so small I was far from being even close to full.

I sent my husband in to buy some day old bread. As the kind kid behind the counter rang him up, the manager came back around the corner and yelled at them that they shouldn't have sold it to my husband. My husband stood there awkwardly, not knowing what to do. After a few moments, they had to ask her what to do. "Fine" She said "but next time you better ask!" Yelling at the employee. The whole exchange made us all feel vary uncomfortable. As someone who is in management myself, this is definitely not how things are handled, how employees should be spoken to, or how guests should feel.
The gargantuan was delicious. Delivery was super reasonable price wise and very fast.

I'm disappointed that there is one slice of lunch meat in my sandwich. Who eats just one slice of turkey? I had to open my sandwich to find it. 😩
