Soggy tacos (they literally give you what others didn't pay for)... or just really old ones sitting around. I went right back in and they were super rude. Did I mention the ridiculous prices? I think everyone already knows about this. Make the same soft tacos at home for 50 cents. And they won't be soggy and old.

The food tastes so old, the building was disgusting and had flies everywhere. I had ordered a strawberry freeze and asked if they had it, they went to check and then said yes, then later after I already paid said they didn’t. When I asked for a refund they just kept pushing random drinks instead of a refund which I was really confused over, because I just wanted a refund. Really bad service and the chicken tasted so gross too.

Clean KFC. Prices are way too expensive for what you get. $3 for a small side of gravy. $7 for a large coleslaw! $15 for 3 chicken strips, small mashed potatoes, biscuit and a fountain pop.
Fountain pop tasted like salt water. We couldn't even drink our fountain drinks.
Service was decent. Person taking our order must have been new, but they were friendly. All food was delivered as ordered.

We waited for over 20 mins without any acknowledgment from the staff once we ordered, just for them to seem annoyed when we asked where our food was after watching 6 other people get their food. Just to be told that they “forgot” and then rushed our food basically giving everything to us dismantled. The manager gave a half ass apology and didn’t give a single care in the world. We definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

Watch these guys, they are thieves. I ordered a 16pc chicken meal in the drive thru and when I arrived at the window, they asked what kind of cake I want. Thinking it was a free special with the $59.00 meal, I told them what I wanted. At no point did they inform me it was not part of the meal and I would be charged. When I got home, I noticed they charged me $5.99 for the cake. Watch this crooked KFC/Taco Bell, they are thieves.
