Lady at the front was very kind but how the hell do you walk in a donut shop 5 minutes after opening and bite into a cold donut I was expecting these freshly made but apparently not
My wife and kids brought some home to my surprise. I am a sucker for maple bars and this was the best I can remember having. The bread was so soft, I was surprised. It wasn't hard or dense, or overly sweet.
Went for a quick breakfast the other day. This place is dangerous in the most predictable way. You go in thinking one doughnut, then you see the case, then your self ontrol quietly leaves through a side door. Good selection, fun spot, and definitely the kind of place that makes discipline feel optional, especially if you already live up in Lakeland Hills and have no excuse. Go with a plan or accept your fate.
