I was just there and the manager Loke is so disrespectful and rude, she charged me for a frappe then walked to the computer cancelled my order and went hiding to her office. The other old lady like 60 ( she was limping) came out and I asked her if she could call her manager and a very sarcastic way she told me she doesn’t want to talk you you better leave I told her she had charge my card for a frappe so she could either give it to me or refund my money she mocked me and said...read full review
*Terrible* doesn't even begin to describe the kind of service at the Covington WA McDonald's. What happened today was extreme. The manager refused to talk over the phone (in the background, another employee asked her if she would take the call and she refused) after she lied saying she would send me all the missing items from a delivery order they have messed up earlier.
