This restaurant is a KFC/Taco Bell. The service is sometimes slow, and cross training is needed for cashiers, as several people stand around. However, the workers are extremely kind and friendly. A sweet girl named Lena or Lina working the window is a beautiful and genuine person who makes the food experience better. Another worker named Juane was very friendly with a great smile and genuine eye contact. The dude working the window is always nice and kind. One visit had the best burritos, full of ingredients with nothing spilling out. At Sunday lunchtime, the KFC is super busy, but online orders for chicken pot pies are ready on time. The pot pies are near perfect, with the right quantity of chicken and vegetables. The manager is determined to have customers have a happy positive experience. The atmosphere can be dirty and ugly without the kind workers, but the staff makes days better, even when it is not a good day.
