i recently went though the drive through at the Covington location and the sweet girl working the window was extremely genuine and conversed with me for a long time. i asked her name and she smiled at me nicely and said Lena. this is a beautiful name, she was extremely kind and she overall made my food experience 1000X better. i will continue to go there due to the kindness of their workers. GOOD JOB LENA KEEP IT UP!!
The asian gal at the window beatuful girl shes so kind i think her name is LINA she needs a raise immediatly she made me smile. She made my food taste yummy extra crispy nacho fries. If it werent for her the atmosphere would be dirty and ugly.
Sunday lunchtime at KFC is always super busy. We order online and chicken is ready on time. We regularly order chicken pot pies. They are near perfect for us. The quantity of chicken and vegetables is just right. The crust is just on top. It is a meal for a regular size eater. Since we order 4 at a time, the often have to bake more and require a few minutes more. The manager is determined to have his customers have a happy positive experience at his restaurant.
