Used Drive-thru. Pre ordered through the APP which is actually one of the better apps . Lots of free stuff and good deals. The service was good, not great but it was busy, and okay. The fries were hot, surprisingly really good. I really like this location.

When in there today ordered french fries and chicken strips not only were they handing out wrong orders. They tried to hand me an order. A lady brought back in this location is by the far worst experiences. I've had with McDonald's i know it's just fast food, but there should be some standards.

I went through the drive thru and they were quick. Loke is awesome. Thank you for being an incredible manager!!! From the the cashier smiling as I paid to Loke giving me food. So wonderful!!!

As McDonald's goes this has to be one of the best service-wise. An employee actually bused our table when we finished then came back and offered to bring us more soda as we sat and talked. Above and beyond.

placed a breakfast order at 10 am which was well with their breakfast time frame. 10-15 minutes later we received a notification stating that our order was cancelled and was given a very vague response, when we went to check the app, it said they were no longer serving breakfast and now we are out the money used to place the order. When I called to get an explanation, I was met with excuses and disrespect. strongly encourage people to take their business to another location as this location has messed up on almost every single order I have placed. from charging us for 40 nuggets and giving us 10 to not even putting the whole order in the bag. I remember when this location was top notch but it seems like today its staffed and managed by people who don't even want to work there or at all. sadly this location has gone very down hill and most certainly has lost my business forever.

Ordered a Big mac, lg fry and 6pc nugget for $15.00. I get home and my BBQ sauce is sitting in my fry container. I called the manager to let him know what happened and I had to throw some of my fries out because I have no idea how many people have touched that BBQ sauce container. All he did was apologize, didn't offer to replace my fry next visit. Fast food is over priced, quality sucks and they cant even bag stuff right. It is almost cheaper to go to a sit down restaurant and get a meal, better quality and same price. I will just drive half a mile up the street and go to Red Robin.

I am a night owl. I do order shakes late. Which is not usually a problem, until this location's night crew got so goddamn lazy that they do not remove shakes from the respective apps when not available. Instead sending something I did not order in their place. If this keeps up, I will stop ordering from this location.

Went through the drive-through, and 2 of our meals were wrong. No sauce for the nuggets were in the bag. Seems as though the gal who was taking the order was in a rush .
It's mcdonalds. Food is good, always seems fresh. Employees have always been friendly and the orders have been accurate

Other reviews seem to take issue with the folks but I've never had a bad experience with them. Seen numerous terrible customers though, so just leaving that out there.
I do think there's a management issue here though. They have numbered parking spaces but when I have gotten parked, they tell me to just park anywhere and then frequently have to ask around for who had what food. I don't quite get why they don't seem to use the stall numbers. Their machines also seem to break down even more frequently than most McDonald's, and that's saying something.
Other than that though, it's a McDonald's. My kid loves the PlayPlace and it always seems clean. Food is always just what you'd expect to get. The workers can seem harried sometimes but to their credit, this is an extremely busy McDonald's all the time and yet I rarely ever have to wait very long at all.
