I placed a mobile curbside order during dinner rush and gave myself plenty of time to get there. When I arrived, the app was glitching (like it always does) and wouldn’t let me check in with my curbside number. After multiple attempts, it finally loaded but removed the curbside option altogether and told me to go inside.

I stood at the counter for five minutes with no one acknowledging me. When I asked an employee for help, she brushed me off and told me to “check in” on the app—even after I explained the app wasn’t working. Instead of helping, she just stood there waiting on her computer, arms crossed, while I wasted more time.

I ended up having to wait in the walk-in line just to ask for my food that was already prepared. The cashier didn’t know how the app worked and had to call a manager, who then told me no one brought out my food because I didn’t check in through the app. That’s the whole issue—I COULDN’T check in because the app was glitching(broken).

This whole process wasted my entire 30-minute break. The whole point of ordering online for curbside is to save time, not stand around being ignored and passed around between employees. The app is unreliable and the staff clearly don’t know how to handle it when it doesn’t work. Terrible experience.

We showed up and the food was ok at best. The hamburger I received looked like a person threw it together from across the room, and everything was all over the place inside the wrapper. One of the patties was halfway off the bottom bun, and the cheese had melted it together like that with the other one so trying to fix it without looking like some weird trash panda assaulting my food with bare hands wasn't going to happen, so I just ate the sad little thing hoping no one would notice how I was biting off the side of a hamburger patty outside of the bun. While incredibly messy because this half off the bun burger wanted to drip condiments all over my hands while I was trying to eat it...but it was your average run of the mill burger from McDonald's - which hit the spot I was trying to hit.

The inside of the restaurant was pretty neat also, love the big chairs at the middle tables.

Slowest lines, every time I’ve been there the lines are wrapped around the corner. They only had what seemed like one worker on both drive thru lanes. If you’re willing to wait an hour for your food, choose this spot.

It was fast and fresh which can be hit and miss with McDonald's so the kids loved that and I love how my big ol' 15 year old wanted a collectible toy and got the Hello Kitty dressed as a Ninja Turtle 🐢.

When someone orders a large soda fill the cup up all the way. And when they ask you to fill the cup up all the way, don’t claim that it’s because they got light ice when they didn’t order light ice. Also try not to catch an attitude with the customer because someone couldn’t fill a cup correctly. At least this time the soda wasn’t flat.

Filet of fish dried out, kids cheeseburger dried out, table and floors dirty, trash cans full, and employee told me they have nothing to clean off the table with. Disgusting. Don’t go to this location.

This location just stole my money. I paid for a frozen coke in the drive through, they then to proceeded to say the machine was broken when I arrived at the pickup window after paying them at the payment window and told me to go to the counter for a refund and refused to refund me at the window because I was “blocking the drive through” . I went to the counter as instructed and the staff refused to refund me after I told them that the drive through staff sent me to the counter. I will be contacting the franchise owner. You should never take someone’s money ever if you can’t provide the good or service you’re collecting for then refuse to give them their money back. This location is unethical and poorly run and the staff clearly don’t care. Skip it and go to either of the Maple Valley locations if you must have McDonald’s.

every. single. time. i go though the drive thru everyone is so mean and sassy. like i will ask for a drink carrier or some extra sauce and i get nothing but glares and eyerolls. the workers here are so disrespectful
