Yesterday at 7:00 I bought three orders for the family on Drive-thru. The food was not good. The chicken was dry and not fresh. I woke up at night with severe stomach cramps and pain. The children also did not like what they ordered. It did not meet the standards. The staff was disgusting because they do this. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

They gave me wrong order , not a huge deal , I opened up the box and it was completely cold and looked disgusting , they would not awnser the phone when I tried to call and see if I could get the food replaced , wasted all that gas , came in and I asked if their phones were down, they said no, the lady was not accommodating , she said to keep the old food , I told her it was cold and she responded “yeah right” . I use to love panda but looks like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Updating my old review thats 4 years old. They have not learned. 7 staff memebers. One person eating. I waited 5 min infront of the glass to order before someone decided to makr eye contact and stop gossiping. I walked out. I’m not coming back here again. Clearly they don’t want customers.

Panda is always a great Meal and this Panda is No exception, Nice and Fresh and Hot of Course! Definitely will eat at this Panda location Again!
For the price of your meal they use to give better portions of food! I ordered the Bigger Platter/Plate and they were low on one of the selections and instead of making it right, because there wasn't enough to fill the box for the third selection, they just put it in the container to make it seem fuller! So I ordered an extra side to compensate, but got no concession for the fact that they were running short! Over all the food was well prepared in flavor, just short on ingredients! What I ordered had an upcharge, so make sure I get upcharge portions!

My family and I love going here, to us the employees are always kind and a few make a point to ask each of my daughters (7 and 3) what they would like to eat for their plates. And my girls feel like grown ups when adults treat them with respect. My girls always respond back with a please,thank, yes/no sir, yes/no miss. Its always clean inside and I've never seen a dirty table or garbage on the ground. Bathrooms have also been well stocked and cleaned a few times a day it seems like to me. Yall are doing a great job ! We appreciate it and thank you so much

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt the need to share my recent experience. I ordered a plate with fried rice and double orange chicken. Unfortunately, the service I received from an employee named Queen was disappointing.
The portion of orange chicken I was given was noticeably less than what I’ve received at other locations such as Auburn, Tukwila, and Spanaway. It appeared to be less than a full scoop, and when I politely asked for more to meet the portion standard, my request was not handled appropriately.
Consistency in portion sizes and customer service is important, especially for returning customers. I hope this location will provide further training to ensure employees are better prepared to meet those expectations in the future.
