Panda Express is at the top of the food chain. This time I went to the one in East Hill Kent. As with the times I've gone to other Panda Express locations I was extremely pleased that the food has always been top quality, consistent in taste from one store to the next. Spiciness levels are consistent, portions are always generous for a good price. I know I'm going to be pleased every time i go. The service is usually fast with an occasional lapse in speediness. This time I found i had come to experience Panda Express meals as my favorite go-to for quick, easy, cheap take- home ready to eat meals. Typically there are leftovers for another meal, with money left over for a treat if you want. Panda Express is top notch in taste, quality, fulfilling, meals with consistently friendly service in clean stores for a good price. I enthusiastically recommend any Panda Express the next time you are thinking about dinner. A+++!

I've never felt the need to be this dramatic but you guys are about to close now that I got my food so I won't call but whoever made the orange chicken Saturday night the 13th deserves a raise. I love you. In my panda express journeys I have never experienced orange chicken so crunchy, or so saucy and yet not overdone. 10/10 pleasantly surprised that a normally pretty mid meal could impress me so much. Hope whoever made this bowl has sweet dreams tonight.

Food was fine, but drive thru like took more than 15 minutes. Normally the Panda Express drive thru is so quick so decided to give this one a try but wasted half my lunch break going through the line. Didn’t have time to eat.

Almost everything was perfect except for the drive thru, which I believe it to be due to short staffing. The past several times I’d get in line and it would take me 10 plus minutes to even get to the window. It’s faster to go inside than the drive thru which shouldn’t be the case… now I’ll say this though, the food is delicious and when I do see the associates they are friendly. So corporate give them more people!

Good service. Chow mein was cool and greasy. Walnut shrimp was barely warm. Fried rice was not flavorful or hot. Coke at fountain was out of syrup. Would I go again? Probably not.

Regularly get the chow mein, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. The food is pretty good, but the chow mein becomes a bit more hard after refrigeration. Luckily, the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp still feel fresh after refrigeration. Overall, it’s a good and quality restaurant.

Ordered my food ahead of time, arrived when they said it was ready. Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes, they gave me my drinks and I still had to wait 10 minutes for my food. They did not even start making my food until I said something. Staff was very rude as well.
Staff was rude and slamming things around. Basically threw a fit, really uncomfortable and I wanted to be out of there as quickly as possible

Yesterday at 7:00 I bought three orders for the family on Drive-thru. The food was not good. The chicken was dry and not fresh. I woke up at night with severe stomach cramps and pain. The children also did not like what they ordered. It did not meet the standards. The staff was disgusting because they do this. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

They gave me wrong order , not a huge deal , I opened up the box and it was completely cold and looked disgusting , they would not awnser the phone when I tried to call and see if I could get the food replaced , wasted all that gas , came in and I asked if their phones were down, they said no, the lady was not accommodating , she said to keep the old food , I told her it was cold and she responded “yeah right” . I use to love panda but looks like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
