Chick in the drive thru windows gave way too much attitude, when I told her her delivery driver was parked in the fire lane (a clear violation), and that if anyone leaves the dru thru, they're likely to be hit by another car because of the obstruction. Their delivery truck driver clearly didn't care about safety of the staff or citizens in general. Why haven't they been fined? Also, what's with 1 packet each of soy sauce and Sriracha? Apparently they can't afford to give out a small handful of condiments, but they can beg you for money donations that don't go anywhere but their own pockets. Horrible location.

The best first in-restaurant experience ever! Friendly staff with great customer service! Freshest Panda Express food we’ve ever had! Will be coming from Auburn to eat inside Covington Panda again!!!

This panda express is great. We’ve eaten here several times and always have a decent experience. Sometimes to drive-through is a little long, but they are always very courteous. Sometimes parking can be tricky, but there’s usually something. Food is consistent. I usually get a plate dinner for $10.50 or something like that. I definitely recommend this location of Panda Express.
Parking: Not a ton of parking spaces for the amount of shops in this area. Can be hard to find a spot at dinner time.

Open time 9:30 Been there at 9:40 people inside door closed. Stop wasting people time. And you should take that in consideration , hours of operation that’s on the door is for customers . So if it says 9:30 open , it should be open . Do better !!

The food tastes pretty good most of the time. The problem is the portion sizes. We are always shorted food when we order from this location. Today we ordered a family meal and all of our “large containers” were 3/4 full. So basically we paid for 5 large containers but got 5 medium. If I pay $40 for the family meal, then I’d like it if you would fill the containers to the top.
